NURS 501 Pathophysiology for Advanced Nursing Practice

Units: 4
Advanced physiology/pathophysiology including general principles that apply across the lifespan.
Recommended Preparation: Recent (within five years), satisfactory completion of undergraduate courses that include Organic Chemistry, Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology. It is expected that enrolled students have reviewed their undergraduate course work in human anatomy and physiology, and possess a working knowledge of cell biology, biochemistry, nutrition, and human genetics at the undergraduate level.
Registration Restriction: Open only to master students in Nursing
