MASC 535L Transmission Electron Microscopy

Units: 4
Transmission electron microscopy and techniques. Specimen-electron beam interaction, electron diffraction and image formation. X-ray microanalysis. Laboratory involves hands-on training on the transmission electron microscope.
Recommended Preparation: MASC 505 .
