DSO 525 Quality Improvement Methods

Units: 3
Quantitative and managerial approaches for improvement of quality and productivity in service and manufacturing operations; control charts, process capability assessment; implementation of quality improvement plans. Web registration open only to graduate business and accounting students.
Recommended Preparation: GSBA 506a , GSBA 506b  or GSBA 524  or (GSBA 516  and GSBA 545 ).
Duplicates Credit in former IOM 525.
