The School of Education does not accept applicants for the Master of Arts in Organizational Change and Leadership degree; the program is intended only as a transitional degree in the process of completing requirements for the Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership degree, or for students in the EdD program who cannot complete the EdD degree requirements for personal or medical reasons. A minimum of 38 units is required.
