Law and Advocacy Certificate

The residential Law and Advocacy certificate is a joint program offered by the Gould School of Law and the Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. It is designed for those who seek to learn more about the intersection of law and advocacy. The coursework provides ways to think about advocacy, how to approach leading efforts for change and how to communicate with others both professionally and personally with a focus on impactful social change.
Students enroll in 12 units of course work, which include 6 units of Gould courses and 6 units of Social Work courses.
