Includes review of plate tectonics, seismology, geodesy, paleomagnetism, geodynamics, - Quaternary dating techniques, tectonic geomorphology, paleoseismology, and seismic hazard assessment. Two weekend field trips required.
Prerequisite: GEOL 321.
